プログラム概要Program Overview
「アーティスト・イン・レジデンス大阪」は、奨学金カテゴリーAに選出されたピアニストが大阪地域に居住し、音楽家として、またプロフェッショナルとしての発展に繋がる芸術活動を行うためのプログラムです。
研鑽、創造、そして文化交流に適した環境の中で、地域コミュニティと関わりながら、自らの芸術的実践を深めていくことが期待されています。
奨学期間は3年間です。
なお、応募の時点で大阪に在住されている必要はございません。
Artist-in-Residence Osaka is a program designed for pianists selected under Scholarship Category A to reside in the Osaka area and pursue

Artist-in-Residence Osaka is a program designed for pianists selected under Scholarship Category A to reside in the Osaka area and pursue artistic activities that support their musical and professional development.
Scholars are encouraged to engage with the local community and deepen their artistic practice in an environment that supports focused study, creativity, and cultural exchange.
The scholarship is awarded for a period of three years.
Applicants are not required to reside in Osaka at the time of application.

カテゴリーAの奨学者には、居住するマンション内に完全防音のピアノ室が提供されます。
外部の練習施設を別途確保する必要はございません。
妨げられることなく、継続的かつ集中的に練習に取り組めるよう設計された環境です。
練習時間の規定は特にありませんが、家主との取り決めに従い、責任を持って管理していただくことになります。
Scholar A is provided with a fully soundproof piano room located within the residential apartment.
No external or substitute practice facilities are necessory.

Scholars participating in Artist-in-Residence Osaka are expected to take full advantage of the provided environment to pursue artistic growth, deepen their musical expression, and explore new creative directions while maintaining a respectful relationship with the local community.

奨学金カテゴリーBでは、選出された奨学者にウィーン製のヴィンテージ・ピアノを貸与いたします。
ピアノは奨学者の自宅、または個人の練習室に設置されますので、日々の練習で積極的に使用していただくことを推奨します。
本奨学金は、すでにモダンピアノを所有、あるいは日常的に演奏されているピアニストを対象としています。歴史的な楽器特有の響き、タッチ、そしてその個性に深く親しむことで、自らの芸術的表現をより深めたいと願う方のためのプログラムです。
Scholarship Category B provides a selected scholar with a vintage piano from Vienna on loan. The piano will be installed in
奨学金カテゴリーBでは、選出された奨学者にウィーン製のヴィンテージ・ピアノを貸与いたします。
ピアノは奨学者の自宅、または個人の練習室に設置されますので、日々の練習で積極的に使用していただくことを推奨します。
本奨学金は、すでにモダンピアノを所有、あるいは日常的に演奏されているピアニストを対象としています。歴史的な楽器特有の響き、タッチ、そしてその個性に深く親しむことで、自らの芸術的表現をより深めたいと願う方のためのプログラムです。
Scholarship Category B provides a selected scholar with a vintage piano from Vienna on loan. The piano will be installed in the scholar’s residence or in their personal practice space, and daily use is strongly encouraged.
This scholarship is designed for pianists who already own or regularly play a modern piano and wish to deepen their artistic expression by becoming closely familiar with the sound, touch, and character of a historical instrument.

ピアノは、奨学者の自宅、または日常的に音楽活動を行っている主な練習場所に設置していただきます。
The scholar is expected to install the piano in their home or their primary practice space, where they normally conduct daily musical activities.

運搬・設置 Transportation and Installation
ピアノの運搬および設置にかかる費用は、すべてPSO事務局が負担いたします。 PSOは本プログラムを通じ、奨学生ご自身の生活空間や練習場所において、可能な限り最良のピアノ環境を提供することを目指しています。
All costs related to transportation and installation of the piano will be fully covered by the PSO office.
Through this program, PSO aims to provide scholars with the best possible piano environment within their own living or practice space.
